- The Tsunami Memorial Center was built to remember the catastrophic tsunami that hit the Andaman Coast, Dec 26. 2004.
- We watch a short film and have a walk around to learn more about the incredible power of a tsunami, and buy a souvenir for support.
- A quick visit to the Elephant Park where there are young and older elephants we can go and scrub and wash in the lake.
One of the oldest Buddhist Temples in the Khao Lak area. Beautiful and be ready to be amazed.
- At the Navy Base we visit the Turtle Conservation Center.
- Yes, the raft is made of bamboo and fits 2 people and a boat boy.
- Bamboo Rafting is a fun experience for people of all ages.
- One of the most spectacular and ‘visit friendly’ waterfalls in all of Phang Nga Province is Lampi Waterfall.
- Spectacular Views and you can go for a swim in the waterfall too.
The Police Boat 813 was located outside Bang Niang Beach when the tsunami, December 26, 2004, struck, and the boat was carried 1 kilometer inland.
White Sand Beach is one of the most famous beaches in the Khao Lak area.
Get in a 2 person kayak and have your camera ready. Jungle environment in a Mangrove Trees setting. Getting close to nature from the water surface.
Located at the foot of Lak Mountain, totally isolated and amazing spot to go sightseeing.
One of the more spectacular Viewpoints in Phang Nga Province. With amazing views, water playgrounds, and a cafe/restaurant. Great place for kids and families.
ATV into the wild, through Jungle and across rivers. Motor-heads welcome.
